There are more than 11 kilometres of screens on these two projects. One has the Conceal Wall© visual barrier and the other our unique tunable Acoustic+ Wall©.

They sit on light gauge steel frames involving added thousands of combined metres of joists, bearers and screen frames.

This is an example of the massive volumes of material which we can produce in our Manufacturing Centre of Excellence at Bathurst.

Typically, when we receive the green light to start production we have just a few weeks to make it, ship it and install it. This means we have to have steel coils in stock, the roll-formers available and prefabrication teams on standby.

Due to the fact that we are continually supplying projects across the nation we always have plenty of steel in reserve in our multiple factories.

Over the past two decades we have invested in world-best manufacturing equipment, some of which was custom-designed to produce our proprietary systems. We also focused on adopting lean manufacturing processes. In addition, we handpicked highly experienced production personnel.

This combination, together with a strong steel supply line, has ensured that we have unlimited capacity.
